Terms of Service

These terms govern use of SendWeb, operated by BESTAI LABS LIMITED.

Permitted use

Use SendWeb only for legitimate transactional messages triggered by forms on sites you control. No purchased lists, unsolicited bulk email, phishing, credential collection, harassment, malware or unlawful activity.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for visitor privacy notices, API key confidentiality, recipient configuration and the connected Google account. You must not bypass quotas, hostname checks, Turnstile or abuse controls.

Delivery

A successful response means Gmail accepted the send request, not guaranteed inbox placement or final delivery. Strict zero-retention mode does not queue message bodies; temporary Gmail failures are returned so the visitor can retry.

Availability and liability

The current service has no paid enterprise SLA and is provided “as is”. We may suspend abuse. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BESTAI LABS LIMITED is not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunities, undelivered messages or misuse of credentials.

Termination

You may disconnect Gmail at any time. We may terminate access for material misuse. Contact jay@bestai.co.nz.
